Resumo

Nesta comunicação, são apresentadas reflexões sobre o ensino coletivo do violoncelo a partir de uma pesquisa cujo objetivo é investigar a implementação de jogos de improvisação em música contemporânea em três instituições socioeducativas do estado de São Paulo. O estudo se configura como uma pesquisa-ação, com aplicação de questionário junto aos estudantes e entrevistas semiestruturadas com os professores. A partir desta pesquisa, tem sido possível ratificar e ampliar as possibilidades para o ensino de instrumento realizado em grupo, com princípios e estratégias oriundas da música contemporânea.

Collective teaching of the cello in three socio-educational contexts: reflections from an action research in the state of São Paulo

In this communication, we present reflections on the collective teaching of the cello from a research whose objective is to investigate the implementation of improvisation games in contemporary music in three socio-educational institutions of the state of São Paulo. The study is configured as an action research, with application of a questionnaire with the students and semi-structured interviews with the teachers. From this research, it has been possible to ratify and expand the possibilities for the teaching of a group instrument, with principles and strategies derived from contemporary music.
