Resumo

O objetivo deste artigo é discorrer sobre a docência no Ensino Superior que é um dos três aspectos que fazem parte do tripé: ensino, pesquisa e extensão. Para isto foi necessário investigar sobre o “Estado da Arte” da docência em musicoterapia e sobre ‘como’ os profissionais por ela responsáveis exercem essa função na formação do musicoterapeuta. Trata-se de tema ainda pouco discutido e que deveria ser considerado de extrema importância, na medida em que o docente é um dos principais agentes que compartilham e disseminam o conhecimento, e um ator fundamental na formação do musicoterapeuta. Para a elaboração deste artigo foi realizado um levantamento sobre a questão em pauta em fontes específicas da área como: a Revista da UBAM (24 números, de 1996 a 2018), e a Revista Incantare (12 números, de 2010 a 2018), totalizando 306 artigos, bem como em artigos e livros que fazem parte da literatura do campo, brasileira e estrangeira, tanto no que se refere à formação dos profissionais docentes, bem como sobre as estratégias por estes utilizadas, para que melhores resultados sejam alcançados.

About music therapy teaching

The aim of this article is to discuss about teaching in higher education which is one of the three aspects that are part of the tripod: teaching, research and extension. For this it was necessary to investigate about the “State of the Art” of the teaching in music therapy and about “how” the professionals responsible for it perform this function in the education of the music therapist. It should be noted that this is a subject still little discussed and which should be considered extremely important, since the teacher is one of the main agents of sharing and disseminating knowledge and a fundamental actor in the music therapists’ education. For the construction of this article a survey was made about this topic in specific sources of the area as: In the Brazilian Union of Music Therapy Associations Journal (24 issues, from 1996 to 2018); in the Incantare Journal (12 issues, from 2010 to 2018), totalizing 306 articlesas well as in books that are part of the Brazilian and foreign literature, both regarding the training of the teachers, as well as about the strategies used by them, for better results to be achieved.
