PIE – Conduzindo a avaliação na trajetória de formação de um jovem professor de Música

PIE - Conducting the evaluation in the process of a young music teacher formation
The following text, a part of a PhD ongoing research, explains one of the instruments from the System of evaluation from course PROLICENMUS (UFRGS e Universidades Parceiras, 2008-2012), the pioneer project of graduation on Music EAD, Unique edition with nacional reach from the "Program Pro-Graduation MEC/Brazil (NUNES, 2012). The unprecedented project character demanded autonomy from the students, promoting individualized reflections. For so, each one developed your own Study Individual Project (PIE), instrument of evaluation that challenged the students to think about their own progress, choices and decisions, and managing daily actions, in face of what were being offered. The PIE, developed in the beginning of each semester, starts from a basic script, including "identification of necessities, recognizing points in favor and against, and objectives set ups" (UFRGS, 2008, n.p.), being, afterwards, shared with teachers, tutors and colleagues. These procedures influenced the quality of the academic results, because reviewed individual objectives setting up new ones, as the difficulties were being identified. Written materials from PROLICENMUS (Study Unities, Teaching Opinion) were analyzed by Documental Analyzes ATD (MORAES; GALIAZZI, 2006). The thought is that the evaluation starts thinking about yourself, considering private conditions, quality of your own method of study, time spent in acquisition of knowledge. Concludes, that, "structure ideas, rationalize actions, seek solutions and optimize resources" (UFRGS, 2008, n.p.), the PIE is able to contribute positively in the future teaching actuation of a young Music teacher learning process.
