Resumo

Este projeto tem como temática a relação entre o perfil de formação musical e as crenças de autoeficácia do professor que trabalha com música no ensino médio. Este construto diz respeito às crenças do indivíduo sobre sua capacidade de executar determinados planos de ação para realizar tarefas específicas. Professores que tem sólidas crenças de autoeficácia tem mais comprometimento com o ensino, lidam de maneira mais eficaz com problemas de aprendizagem de alunos e com fatores acadêmicos estressantes, buscam inovações em suas práticas de ensino e buscam promover a autonomia e a confiança entre seus alunos. O objetivo principal será investigar as relações entre o perfil de formação musical e as crenças de autoeficácia do professor que trabalha com música no ensino médio. Como referencial teórico, será utilizada a Teoria da Autoeficácia. Esta pesquisa é um survey do tipo baseado na internet, com um questionário autoadministrado publicado em forma de HTML na web composto por duas partes: a primeira é composta por questões objetivas que dizem respeito aos dados pessoais, à formação e ao contexto de atuação do professor; a segunda é composta pela Escala de Autoeficácia do Professor de Música. A amostra da pesquisa será não probabilística, do tipo bola de neve. Atualmente, a pesquisa se encontra na fase de coleta de dados.

The musical training profile of the teacher who works with music in high school and their relationship with the beliefs of self-efficacy

The thematic of this project is the relationship between the profile of musical training and the self-efficacy beliefs of the teacher who works with music in high school. This construct concerns the individual's beliefs about his/her ability to perform specific tasks. Teachers that has strong beliefs of self-efficacy have more commitment to education, deal better with students with learning problems and stressful academic factors, seek innovations in his/her teaching practices and seek to promote autonomy and trust among their students. The main objective is to investigate relations between the profile of musical training and self-efficacy beliefs of the teacher who works with music for high school. As theoretical reference it will be used the Theory of Self-efficacy. This research is an Internet based survey, with a self-administered questionnaire published in HTML form on the web with two parts: the first is made up of objective questions that pertain to personal data, to training and to professional practice context; the second consists of the Self-efficacy scale of the Music Teacher. The sample of this investigation is a non-probability and snow ball sample. Currently, the research is in the data collection phase.
