Resumo

Este texto apresenta uma descrição e análise da legislação e dos termos normativos que incidem sobre o currículo de Arte/Música do ensino médio. Estas considerações fazem parte de uma pesquisa mais abrangente, um estudo multicaso que teve como objetivo conhecer as concepções e práticas curriculares de professores de música do ensino médio integrado. A coleta de dados para a investigação foi feita através de entrevistas semiestruturadas, observação não participante de aulas e recolha de documentos pertinentes aos casos. A pesquisa foi amparada por conceitos da sociologia e das teorias do currículo (habitus, táticas, cotidiano, currículo em rede).

LDB, DCNEM, PCN, PCN+ and Orientações Curriculares: An Analysis of the Legislation and Other Norms that Affect the Music Curriculum of High School

This text presents a description and analysis of the legislation and other norms that affect the Art/Music curriculum of high school. These considerations are a part of a larger research, a multicase study that aimed to know curricular conceptions and practices of music teachers working in technical degree courses integrated with high school. Data for the research was collected through semi-structured interviews, non-participant observation of classes and gathering of documents pertinent to the cases. Concepts from sociological and curricular theories support the study (habitus, tactics, everyday life, net curriculum).
