Resumo

Este trabalho tem como objetivo compreender a atuação do professor multi-instrumentista a partir das histórias de vida de professores em diferentes contextos. No âmbito desta pesquisa, entende-se esse profissional como aquele que, além de tocar vários instrumentos, é capaz de realizar diferentes tarefas a partir da música, ou seja, a habilidade de reger, compor e construir arranjos musicais para dar maior significado à sua prática também está inserida nesse conceito. Para tanto, a investigação apresenta-se dentro da abordagem qualitativa BRESLER (2000); FREIRE VLB (2010); OLIVEIRA (2012) e a metodologia escolhida para construção dos resultados foram as histórias de vida JOSSO (2004); NÓVOA (1995); ALVES (2015). Esta pesquisa contou com a colaboração de três professores de música que estão inseridos em contextos diferentes – Escola de Educação Básica, Escola Especializada e Terceiro Setor (ONG e Igreja Evangélica). Cada um deles narrou a sua história e a sua atuação enquanto educador musical que possui as características multi-instrumentista. E, para isto, foram realizadas entrevistas temáticas semiestruturadas com questões abertas. A fundamentação teórica deste trabalho versa sobre a Educação Musical Intercultural QUEIROZ L (2015b); FIGUEIREDO (2011); O’FLYNN (2005); QUEIROZ L (2004), o Educador Musical Intercultural OLIVEIRA (2003); MATEIRO (2003); PENNA (2006); BELLOCHIO, (2003) e o perfil desse profissional Multi-Instrumentista RAUBER (2017); PRESSER (2013). Os resultados encontrados discorrem sobre o perfil desse professor, apontando aspectos sobre o seu perfil docente, sua diversidade de funções, seu campo de atuação e o impacto dessa característica para ele e para os seus alunos.

This dissertation aims to understand the performance of the multi-instrumentalist teacher by analyzing the life stories of teachers in different contexts. In the scope of this research, this professional is understood as someone who, besides playing several instruments, is also able to perform different tasks related to music, i.e., the ability to conduct, develop musical arrangements and compose in order to give greater meaning to his practice is also part of this concept. The chosen methodology to construct the results were the life stories JOSSO (2004); NÓVOA (1995); ALVES (2015), and the investigation is presented within the qualitative approach (BRESLER (2000); FREIRE VLB, (2010); OLIVEIRA (2012). This research had the collaboration of three music teachers who are inserted in different contexts – school of basic education, specialized school and third sector (NGO and Church). Based on semi-structured thematic interviews with open questions, each one narrated his history and his performance as a musical educator who has the multiinstrumentalist characteristics. The theoretical basis of this research is the Intercultural Musical Education QUEIROZ L (2015b); FIGUEIREDO (2011); O’FLYNN (2005); QUEIROZ L(2004), the Intercultural Music Educator OLIVEIRA, (2003); MATEIRO (2003); PENNA (2006); BELLOCHIO (2003) and the profile of this MultiInstrumentalist RAUBER (2017); PRESSER (2013). The results found on the profile of this teacher, pointing out aspects about his teaching profile, his diversity of functions, his field of action and the impact of this characteristic for him and his students.
