Resumo

Esta pesquisa de Mestrado em andamento, tem como objetivo conhecer a implementação da Educação Musical nas aulas de Artes dentro da Rede Municipal de Educação de Sobral, cidade localizada no interior do Ceará. Atendendo as diretrizes das Leis nº 9.394/96 e 11.769/2008, a Secretária de Educação, instala em 2014, o ensino de Artes dentro do currículo básico escolar, e música é uma das modalidades oferecidas ao aprendizado dos alunos do ensino fundamental final. O objetivo principal é mapear estas incursões musicais na escola, levantando quantas escolas realmente tem aulas de música no currículo, quantos alunos estão tendo acesso ao ensino de música, quantos professores estão capacitados para o ensino desta linguagem artística, quantos tem formação específica em música de nível superior, ou formação artística de mesmo nível, ou, ainda, se há alguma formação continuada para o ensino de música, portanto entender como está estruturado este processo de implementação. Para isso, este protocolo de pesquisa terá um mapeamento constituído de: observação das aulas de música, questionário com os professores de música e núcleo gestor das escolas, levantamento documental na Rede Municipal de Educação (matrículas de alunos, diários dos professores de Artes, diretrizes municipais para o ensino de arte). Uma análise preliminar mostra que a formação específica dos professores é pouco significativa, apresentando problemas para educação musical no município. Com o mapeamento, esperamos obter um diagnóstico sobre o ensino de música na disciplina de Artes, ofertada no currículo básico da educação municipal de Sobral, e então, discutir perspectivas para sua melhoria.

The Teaching of music in the municipal of Sobral: mapping about the implementation of the Music Education in the Arts discipline within the school curriculum

This Master's research aims to know the implementation of the Musical Education in the Arts classes within the Municipality Education System of Sobral, a city in the interior of Ceará. According the guidelines of the Laws N° 9.394/96 and 11.769/2008, the Municipal Education, installed in 2014, the teaching of arts within the school core curriculum, and music is one of the modalities offered to elementary school students end. The main objective of this research is to map these musical forays in school, raising many schools actually have music lessons in the curriculum, how many students are having access to these lessons, how many teachers have skills and/or abilities to the teaching of this artistic language, and how many have specific training in upper level music, or art education at the same level, or even if there is continuing education for music education, so describe how the process of implementation is structured. For it will be used a proper research protocol Survey Research (FOWLER, 2011), that will be used as data collection a questionnaire to be applied along the Art teachers from 17 local schools that have this education as a compulsory subject in the school curriculum. A preliminary analysis shows that the specific training of teachers is insignificant, presenting problems for music education in the municipality. With the survey, we hope to get a diagnosis on music education in the discipline of Arts, offered in the basic curriculum of municipal education of Sobral, and then discuss prospects for improvement.
