Resumo

Esta pesquisa compreende o estudo de intervenções musicais na Reabilitação Neurológica. Com o objetivo geral de identificar bases teóricas que fundamentam as intervenções musicoterapêuticas na reabilitação neurológica teve por metodologia a revisão sistemática sobre o tema Musicoterapia, Intervenções e Reabilitação Neurológica em publicações de 2005 a 2015. Como resultados: cento e quinze (115) artigos sendo que, setenta (70) não foram considerados por tratarem revisão sistemática, estudos com música para avaliação e textos teóricos sobre Música e Medicina. Dos quarenta e cinco (45) textos, trinta e quatro (34) não falavam sobre a intervenção de um musicoterapeuta e oito (8) não estavam disponíveis completos na Web, ou, não apresentavam as intervenções manifestamente, resultando em três (3) textos. A partir dos estudos foram identificadas intervenções musicoterapêuticas em experiências musicais de improvisação, recriação e audição. No trabalho de reabilitação neurológica estas experiências têm bases teóricas em estudos das neurociências no campo da cognição musical, protocolos fonoaudiológicos baseados em música, Musicoterapia e Musicoterapia Neurológica.

Music therapy intervention for work to neurological rehabilitation and it theory basis

This research includes the study of musical interventions in Neurological Rehabilitation performed. With the overall goal of identifying theoretical bases underlying the music therapy interventions in neurological rehabilitation was to approach a systematic review of the topic Music Therapy, Intervention and Neurological Rehabilitation in publications between 2005 and 2015. As a result: 115 articles, however 70 of them were not considered because it was for treating studies with music for evaluation and theoretical studies on music and Medicine. Forty-five texts results but 34 texts did not talk about the intervention of a music therapist and eight were not available complete on the Web, or did not have interventions clearly resulting in three texts. From the studies Music Therapy interventions were identified in musical improvisation experiences, recreation and hearing. In neurological rehabilitation work these experiences have theoretical bases in neuroscientific studies into the musical cognition field, Music Therapy, speech therapy protocol’s based in music and Neurological Music Therapy.
