Resumo

O artigo apresenta dados parciais de uma revisão de literatura, de caráter sistemática e autônoma (OKOLI), que tem por objetivo geral compreender o que os conteúdos das revistas e dos anais da ABEM e da ANPPOM revelam sobre a prática coral infantojuvenil. Os resultados discutidos dizem respeito aos conteúdos dos artigos publicados em 15 anais dos Congressos Nacionais da ABEM, realizados no período de 2001 a 2019. A revisão está fundamentada nos aportes teóricos e práticos da abordagem qualitativa (BOGDAN; BIKLEN), considerando os aspectos qualitativos e quantitativos (ANDRÉ). Foram organizadas duas etapas distintas: a primeira, de levantamento e identificação dos artigos; a segunda, em andamento, de leitura e análise dos conteúdos. Considerando a complexidade que permeia o uso de determinadas terminologias no universo do canto coral, foram trazidos aportes teóricos que delinearam as concepções sobre os termos coro (ANDRADE), coro infantojuvenil (ANDRADE; BARTLE; COSTA; GABORIM-MOREIRA; NÚNEZ; RAO)e prática coral (FIGUEIREDO). Tais concepções colaboraram na definição de critérios de inclusão e exclusão de artigos para a revisão. Dos 2753 artigos publicados, 37 desses trazem discussões sobre o coro infantojuvenil. Mediante seis categorias de análise, evidenciamos os destaques, a predominância de temas debatidos e as lacunas de assuntos pouco explorados nas publicações. O trabalho exaustivo e rigoroso da revisão poderá fornecer um quadro geral, norteando estudos e trazendo reflexões sobre caminhos passíveis de serem trilhados no âmbito das produções acadêmicas sobre o coro infantojuvenil.

Sing, sing, my people: a literature review on the children's and youth1choir in the annals of ABEM National Congresses (2001-2019)

The article presents partial data from a systematic and autonomous literature review (OKOLI), which has the general objective of understanding what the contents of journals and annals of ABEM and ANPPOM reveal about children's and youth choir practice. The results discussed concern the contents of articles published in 15 annals of ABEM National Congresses, held from 2001 to 2019. The review is based on theoretical and practical contributions of the qualitative approach (BOGDAN; BIKLEN), considering qualitative and quantitative aspects (ANDRÉ). Two distinct stages were organized: the first, identifying the articles; the second, in progress, of reading and analysis of the contents. Considering the complexity that permeates the use of certain terminologies in the universe of choral singing, theoretical contributions were brought that outlined the concepts of the terms choir (ANDRADE), children's choir (ANDRADE; BARTLE; COSTA; GABORIM-MOREIRA; NÚNEZ; RAO) and choral practice (FIGUEIREDO). Such conceptions collaborated in the definition of criteria for inclusion and exclusion of articles for the review. Of the 2753 articles published, 37 of these bring discussions about the children's and youth choir. Through six categories of analysis, we evidenced the highlights, the predominance of debated themes and the gaps of subjects little explored in the publications. The exhaustive and rigorous work of the review will be able to provide a general framework, guiding studies and bringing reflections on paths that can be followed in the scope of academic productions on the children's and youth choir.
