Aspectos de formação no Programa de Residência Pedagógica em Música: a experiência dos residentes

Resumo

The Pedagogical Residency Program is a practical training platform in the graduation degree that aims to insert students in the reality of the elementary schools, producing activities ranging from specific training to teaching moments. This study focuses on the UFCA Music Residency composed by three cores, focusing specifically on the context of school Governador Adalto Bezerra. Thus, the objective of the research was to investigate formative aspects based on the residents' experience in that School. The methodology applied was the case study with participant interviews. The subjects were nine residents. The theoretical discussion is based on the studies by Tardif (2014), Pimenta (2006) and Arroyo (2002). Therefore it's an ongoing research, as the Program is completed in eighteen months from which it has only experienced ten. However, it points to findings such as the categorization aspects in three areas: academic, professional and human. The Residence provides real experiences of teaching work, application of theoretical knowledge from the graduation and development of interpersonal relationships. This way the training that takes place in the pedagogical residence in music comprises life in the professional realization, this is the basic idea of this article that involved the educational field as study object.
